Strengthening Santa Fe's Creative Economy

Sabrina Pratt has been the Director of the City of Santa Fe Arts Commission since 1990. She is responsible for a major grant program of $1 million, the 2% for Art in Public Places, ArtWorks, an elementary level aesthetic education program and the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, among other projects. She established the Community Youth Mural Program, where youth artists collaborate with professional artists to create murals on graffiti-prone walls.

Prior to her Arts Commission appointment, she was a Team Leader for the City of Santa Fe Housing and Economic Development, Co-Director of the Community Services Department, and Administrative Manager of the Santa Fe Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Ms. Pratt received her AB in Psychology from Vassar College and her Masters of Public Administration from the University of New Mexico.
