Chef and 2023 James Beard Award semifinalist David Sellers describes Horno as “food for the people – a gastropub where street food meets indoor dining.” The menu weaves together Italian and Mediterranean influences with a touch of Southeast Asia, with an ever present nod to the street food the chef encountered during his extensive global travels. While the food is considerably elevated with respect to typical gastropub fare, the atmosphere is pretense-free, so don’t expect white tablecloths.
