How can we be more human-centric in solving the unmet needs of our customers and clients? CrSF Strategic Designers Gray Garmon (also the Director of the Center for Integrated Design at UT Austin) and John Ravitch (IDEO design alum) will share their secrets for non-designers (people like you!) to design successful customer experiences. Please note: this will be a hands-on workshop with no prep required. Everyone will walk away with a series of clear questions to ask themselves and their customers moving forward.
