Chad Cooper is the CEO of One Hope Financial Institution, LC3. OHFI and the OHFI Foundation were founded by Black business leaders in New Mexico to establish a financial institution that will support minority businesses with access to capital and training. OHFI’s mission is to strengthen small businesses in Black, Indigenous, and communities of color. To achieve our mission, OHFI will close the gap between BIPOC-owned businesses and access to capital, offer creative financial services including technical assistance and cultivate a welcoming culture to those underestimated entrepreneurs who have been historically excluded from traditional lending and banking.

Chad is also a Financial Advisor with Gateway Financial Advisors in Albuquerque. With nearly two decades of experience, Chad’s practice has focused on retirement income, investment, and insurance planning strategies for individuals and small businesses.
