Passionate in ensuring program efficacy, Anne Coghlan has served communities around the globe in program design and evaluation. Her areas of expertise include livelihoods and rural development, food security, resilience, capacity development, maternal and child health, HIV/AIDS care and prevention. She is a program evaluator with Aspen Solutions and as an assistant professor at Michigan State University.

Anne has received her Masters of City and Masters of City and Regional Planning and PhD in Program Evaluation and Planning from Cornell University.
