Anne Coghlan

Passionate in ensuring program learning and effectiveness, Anne Coghlan has served communities around the globe in program design and evaluation. Her areas of expertise include livelihoods and rural development, food security, resilience, capacity development, maternal and child health, and HIV/AIDS care and prevention. She is a program evaluator with Aspen Solutions and as an assistant professor at Michigan State University.

Anne has received her Masters of City and City and Regional Planning and Program Evaluation and Planning, both from Cornell University.
