Chris Domina believes in the power of design to build purpose-driven organizations and to align passionate people looking to create a better tomorrow. As a creative leader, he brings the practice of human-centered design to engage and empower diverse stakeholders. Helping them to envision and create the strategies, ideas, and actions that drive organizations forward. Chris thrives on working shoulder-to-shoulder to bring clarity to complex challenges and bring bold, new initiatives to life. His deepest skill is in moving from defining a well-framed question to taking tangible actions to address it. As this work unfolds, he’s also purposefully building new team capabilities and beliefs. Working across industries and sectors, he’s partnered with clients including eBay, Verizon, Gap Inc., Steelcase, Citibank, the National Institutes of Health, and Nike.

Prior to his two decades at IDEO as one of its partners, Chris was the Director of Design and member of the executive leadership team at Metro-Steelcase, an award-winning furniture manufacturer. He was responsible for overall strategy, design direction, and new product development.

He continues to apply his expertise in human-centered design and organizational transformation with diverse clients and nonprofits including Creative Santa Fe, Project Color Corps, and Lot21 to realize their ambitions.
