Kathleen Wiseman, the oldest of four girls, was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Washington, D.C. She developed a deep connection to New Mexico, visiting for many summers since the early 1990s before ultimately moving to Santa Fe in 2021. Kathleen earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from George Washington University, and further specialized in family systems at the Georgetown University Family Center. Her curiosity and career have centered on understanding human/organization systems in the workplace, with a focus on labor-management relationships, the evolution of family businesses, and change management in both family and unrelated work environments.
