Leanne Hasse-Goebel is an award-winning writer, arts advocate, and strategic communicator passionate about storytelling, design, and fostering creative communities. With over two decades of experience in the arts, luxury retail, and nonprofit sectors, Leanne has built a career at the intersection of culture, commerce, and innovation.

Currently an art advisor and publicist for Sorrel Sky Gallery, she elevates the voices of contemporary artists. A former gallery manager, she has championed artists, curated compelling collections, and connected collectors with visionary works. Her strategic branding and digital engagement expertise has enhanced numerous galleries and arts organizations, driving audience growth and deepening engagement. Her leadership at the Pagosa Arts & Culture Project transformed a struggling nonprofit into a vibrant creative hub.

A 2009 NEA International Arts Journalism Fellow and recipient of the Creative Capital | Andy Warhol Foundation Arts Writers Grant, Leanne has written extensively about the role of art in shaping communities, with her work appearing in top publications nationwide. Her ability to translate creative vision into impactful action makes her a strong advocate for the arts.

Leanne brings a passion for collaboration, storytelling, and innovative problem-solving to Creative Santa Fe. She is excited to contribute to the organization’s mission of using the arts as a catalyst for positive change, helping shape a more vibrant and inclusive future for Santa Fe and beyond.
