Founder and CEO of VIA Consulting, Valeria Alarcón, is a 30-year career executive and social entrepreneur with combined experience in both the private and public sector. She has a strong track-record in managing multi-million dollar companies, leading transformational and systemic change, high-level and tactical organizational management, and advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). She is currently the Executive Director of New Mexico Alliance of Health Councils.

Valeria accomplished her B.S. in Organizational Psychology from the College of Santa Fe, and is certified in Diversity and Inclusion training by Cornell University. She is also AADP certified in Integrative Nutrition and Wellness Coaching.
