Siler Yard A+CC Receives State LIHTC Funding!

We are beyond excited to share the news that we were recommended an award of $10.4 million in state low-income housing tax credits to build and provide affordable, subsidized, and net-zero energy housing for Santa Fe artists & creatives!

A HUGE THANK YOU to New Mexico Interfaith Housing, Mayor Alan Webber, Javier Gonzales, City Councilors, Hotel Santa Fe, Descartes Labs, McCune Charitable Foundation, Santa Fe Community Foundation, Meow Wolf, The National Endowment for the Arts, Artspace, and countless other amazing community partners who have supported this project for so long!
